Through the support of our Job Services Australia contract we offer a range of financial incentives with additional incentives available for employing an eligible Job seeker, Apprentice or trainee, Indigenous Australian or someone with a disability. A number of options are also available to assist with funding training in the workplace.
Our Employment Consultants will spend time with you to ensure they have a good understanding of your business needs, and then review our extensive pool of work ready people. We don’t just use computer data base searches, we know each of our job seekers individually and whether they would be a good fit for your business. Other services our Employment Consultants can provide are:
- WAGE SUBSIDIES for eligible job seekers (conditions apply)
- Casual, part time & temporary staff for short term placements as well as full time
- information, financial incentives and contacts regarding the employment of trainees and apprentices
- following up on any questions you have regarding job seekers
- arranging work experience placements to suit your business for eligible clients
- ongoing post placement support for our clients
- funding assistance for employment related training e.g. licences and tickets
- access to cross-cultural training for your staff when employing an Indigenous job seeker if required
- access to an experienced Indigenous Mentor to provide on and off the job support for Indigenous job seekers if required.
